Everywhere be it in leadership or public speaking, when you have an opportunity to deliver, you just get used to do so gaining insights and confidence.

When you are confident with what you are doing, even the worst thing can be applauded. You can just cough on stage and it becomes an entertainment because confidence commands the surrounding to your favour.

The smart you may think people are, is just because of the opportunity they had to practice. At first they trembled with fear more than you can imagine.
